Inès PENANHOAT

Holder of a double degree in French and Spanish law from the Autonomous University of Madrid in collaboration with the University of Strasbourg, Inès PENANHOAT continued her studies in Strasbourg as part of a Master 1 in International Law, then a Master 2 in Human Rights.

Within the Airiau Lawyer, she intervenes mainly in the context of appeals brought before the administrative courts, in particular in the event of decisions refusing to issue a residence permit and the obligation to leave French territory, and deals with applications for residence permits with the prefectures.
